Flow cytometric analysis of murine spleen lymphocytes using a CD25 antibody and FoxP3 (D6O8R) XP® Rabbit mAb #12653. Anti-rabbit IgG (H+L), (F(ab')2 ) Fragment (Alexa Fluor® 488 Conjugate) #4412 was used as a secondary antibody. Analysis was performed on a gated CD4+ T cell population.
